It is starting to bother me how few people know how to use ratios. You must add all parts of the ratio together to get a correct answer. To know your dilution for the xjet, divide sh% by the total parts. Ex. You have a 2/1 ration. 10%sh÷3= 3.33% concentration coming from the gun.

Has anyone tried to use the X-Jet in the location of the regular downstream injector? I think if it would work, you could make the same hot mixes as if it was at the end of the lance. It would be nice to be able to change the orifice from a house wash to a hot roof wash using the same machine and eliminate the extra hose and bucket.

How long will a Hannay steel reel last before it begins to rust?

Hi. Question: I have a mckillians swivel gun. It came with a 3/8 inlet ( I’m assuming that’s the size). My hose and ryobi pressure washer uses 1/4 inch fittings. Is there a swap out plug inlet fitting so I can use my 1/4 inch hose with the mckillans gun?

One needs to find their true pump specs to determine the actual output. You can’t always go by what the pressure washer manufacturer claims.

What was the name of the product that you were using?

I have a Husqvarna pressure washer 2000 from Costco. I lost the high pressure hose that came with it and is described in the instructions by red end or black end. Replacement hoses do not have the color code on them. Why?

When using the X-Jet and a bucket to apply chemicals, how do you know how much chemical it will draw per minute to mix with the water from the high-pressure washer? How do you determine if you are spraying at a 3% or 5% concentration of the solution?

Hi, I wanted to let you know that if you have a ball valve with a metering valve then you will not get a 50/50 mix when both are wide open. The ball valve has no restriction and the metering valve does have restriction. Hope this helps

Hey, i just bought a Harbor Freight 4.2 gpm pressure washer because I was in a jam. The nozzle always weeps. HF tech dept said that's normal and helps to keep the pump cool . That doesn't sound right to me. None of my other guns do this. What do you think? Return it or normal for this particular unit?

Great video! My pressure washer has actually been having that grunt you were talking about and i was worrying about it. I knew i had a small leak at my DSI and wasnt too worried about the leak, ill be fixing that in the next few minutes. Probably saved me a lot of money. Thank you sir. Great video Doug. Someone gave me a 3,000 PSI 2.5 GMP machine and I have jetted a few lines with it. Was wondering how much better a 4,000 4GPM machine would be. I do jet sewer lines, no licensed needed here in Michigan. I also have a sewer camera so I can check my progress. We get about $700 to jet a sewer line. One guy can do it in about two hours set up to pack up and go. Subbed you. PS, I put a regular power washing wand on mine when jetting sewers so I can turn off and on at the clean-out. I put a squeeze clamp on it to run continuously.

My question is why does thay fuse keep burning up?
